Depending on the area treated, it can take as little as 15 minutes and up to an hour. We apply a numbing cream for 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the procedure. There is an initial pinkness and swelling which typically subsides after 24-36 hours. It may take up to a week for this to completely resolve. You will experience some mild skin dryness and light flaking 3-4 days after for a few days.

Typically you need 3 treatments to see the best results. The treatments should be 4-6 weeks apart. Once you complete a series your collagen-building will be stimulated for the next 3 months. That is when you will see the full result. You can do maintenance treatments every 6-12 months after you complete the initial package to address the natural aging process from year to year although the results may last for a few years.

Nitrous oxide is a “drug” with side effects and contraindications for use.
