  • Fungus in the nails can be super hard to treat. A lot of times we have to use a combination of oral medications, topical medications and sometimes removal of the nail. 

    We use our 1064nm laser to ablate fungus growing in the nail. This treatment is not recommended if you have compromised circulation to the legs.

  • During treatment, the physician uses the laser to specifically target the pathogens causing the nail fungus. The laser penetrates the infected area, destroying the fungus living within and beneath the nail without harming the nail or surrounding skin.

  • Most patients report feeling a warm sensation during the procedure, while a few experience a slight pinprick. The procedure is completely safe, and the majority of patients experience little to no discomfort. most patients will need between 5-8 treatments.
